The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is customer relationship management.
Website Analytics
We use Matomo Analytics software to track website traffic. Matomo is installed on our own server and no data is transferred to third parties. Tracking is configured without cookies. We collect anonymised data about website usage, such as the number of pages visited and the geographic location of visitors at a general level. IP addresses are anonymised before data is stored, and no unique identifiers are retained. The legal basis for analytics processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller in developing the website.

Data Security
The data and its processing are protected by usernames and passwords, firewalls and other technical security measures. Personal data is not transferred outside the EU.

The data subject has the right to withdraw their marketing consent by notifying the data controller.
